We are looking for a Sales Support Executive t o oversee the complete end to end administration and booking function for a large number of private and public sector projects and services. You will provide sales support for all account activity covering involvement with the Account Managers, Delivery Managers and the Resourcing Teams for customer requirements.

Key Tasks include:

  • Tracking and chasing of Purchase Orders

  • Forecast updates for the accounts

  • Full engagement with the resourcing teams

  • Engagement of third parties and bookings
  • Forecasting and administration support for projects

  • Being the first point of contact for initial enquiries or as the main contact in the absence of Account Managers and/or Delivery Managers

  • Be involved in pre-sales activity - including managing customer queries, production of quotations, follow up of quotations

  • Be involved in larger opportunities from a presales perspective, assisting the Account Managers and Project Managers in gathering information for the production of larger quotes/tender responses/bids/solutions document

  • Involvement in costs for projects and onsite services

  • Involvement and management of 3rd party suppliers eg E-learning suppliers

  • Checking of all final month end reports
  • Account Management of smaller/transitional accounts

  • Sales Support Executive for larger nominated accounts

  • Involvement in document processes

  • Responsible for Onsite Service/Project Statement of Works

  • Assist in running workshop sessions, taking notes and minutes and building customer relationships

You must have:

  • Previous experience in a sales administration role

  • Excellent administration and organisational skills

  • Ability to work with in-house systems for managing the process of resourcing through to invoicing

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Good customer facing skills

  • Good listening skills, ability to understand requirements and react quickly

  • Ability to be flexible and present solutions to the team/client
