Client Solutions Manager

We have an excellent opportunity for a Client Solutions Manager to join one of the world's most loved online companies, based in London, for an 11-month contract.

The Client Solutions Manager will be driving driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in digital media and/or brand marketing space, and excellent excel and analysing skills.

What you will do:

  • Plan and measure media, outlining measurements for campaigns.
  • Oversee advertising solutions and integration, as well as budgets and daily spends.
  • Keep clients updated on products and developments, maintain relationships.
  • Responsible for educating clients on best practices and product innovation.
  • Oversee work streams to improve client marketing.
  • Maintain Analytics and dashboards for clients.
  • Cross-functional collaboration of all projects.
  • Manage the delivery and revenue recognition for the businesses/accounts.
  • Drive up-sell opportunities across accounts and partners.

What you'll need:

  • At least 5 years' experience in digital media and/or brand marketing space.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A self-starter, with the ability to work independently.
  • Confident presenting to external clients.
  • Experience building relationships with marketing decision.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with analysing datasets.
  • Capable managing projects end to end.
  • Familiar with the industry or business trends in the industry.
