Property Construction Manager - Alloa - 12 weeks

An opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to manage Upgrade Projects to the domestic Housing assets in a public sector organisation in Alloa.

  • Window Replacement programme
  • Upgrades to Common Closes such as Lighting Enhancement and Secure Controlled Door Entry Systems
  • Property Inspections to assess damp/rot works

Essential Skills:

  • Experienced Project manager with a sound knowledge in Property Maintenance/Contract Administration/Project and Programme Management
  • Cost Control
  • Lead and Motivate a Project Team
  • Knowledge of relevant Health and Safety Legislation and CDM 2015 particularly in relation to upgrade and Project Works
  • Plan/Manage/Monitor Programme
  • Work within an Established Project Team managing external contractors, chairing progress meetings and monitoring customer feedback and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Formal Qualification in a Building and Construction related discipline
  • Driving license essential
