The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their capability to manage multiple value sites. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can demonstrate their ability to organise, manage and motivate a small team of site operatives and subcontract staff to produce a finished product of the highest standard. The successful candidate will also be comfortable in the use of IT and programming skills using MS Project would be an advantage.
This role involves managing a GBP4m Civil M+E scheme associated with the abandonment of treatment processes of the existing inlet works and replacing it with a traditional single ditch along with construction of a single 18m diameter final settlement tank. Additionally, you will be instrumental in the procurement and installation of SAS thickening along with reuse of existing assets to provide pre and post thickening sludge storage as well as the Installation of new tertiary solids removal plant downstream of FST along with Iron Dosing to the crude effluent upstream of the ASP ditch.
You will also liaise with a range of project stakeholders from designers, quantity surveyors, client project managers, and client operations staff.
