Whilst specific responsibilities will be dependent upon the changing needs of the Tesco business, the following provides an overview of the role's key responsibilities and measures:
Ensuring third parties provide great customer service by raising performance and process issues, and supporting the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
Educating, training and supporting third parties to ensure technical and operational requirements are met, so they can successfully and independently manage their business on the platform.
Prioritising and utilising account management resources to deliver exceptional service to third parties within agreed service levels.
Solving problem by using data to understand issues, uncovering business trends and patterns, driving internal teams and third parties to resolve issues.
Working cross functionally with various teams to help unblock issues and improve service levels for partners.
Managing support requests from third parties, ensuring that any delays or escalations resulting from other support teams are resolved and addressed.
You will play a key role within the wider team to help support, coach and develop the business and colleagues
Taking a leading role in continuous improvement and helping to drive development of Partner Account Management.

You'll need to have demonstrated experience of:
-Building and managing strong relationships with internal and external parties
-An ability to multi-task and prioritise
-An understanding of third party supplier and fulfilment processes
-Experience in a general merchandise operations environment
-Basic knowledge of systems; OMS; ATG; PIM; Zendesk ticket management
-Good Communication skills
-Attention to detail
-Planning and Organisational skills
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
