Customer Support Analyst/Account Manager - Client Support/Account Management

(London/Waterloo Station Location) GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 salary depending on experience

Our client a legal service provider and industry leader in the property & legal sector is currently looking for a Customer Support Analyst/Account Manager to provide client support and help clients source all relevant information and complete transactions.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent customer service and account management/support skills
  • Experience of working within either: customer services, administration, the legal sector, conveyancing support, paralegal, administration, customer service, EA Support, technical support, property, Insurance or conveyancing services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
