You can always take the more personal approach by researching your interviewer on LinkedIn to find things that they’re interested in or any aspects that you two might have in common. Keep in mind that they may be scouring the internet for information about you as well so ensure that you have all of your privacy settings set properly so that they can have access to all of the information that you want them to have access to. Doing a small amount of research about the people who are interviewing you shows that you’re willing to put in enough work and that you’re actually interested in the position.
